We stayed on a breakfast and room only basis except for the 24th and 25th December for which the hotel ran a fantastic gala night. The breakfasts included cooked food, cold meats and cheeses, pastries, fruits and several varieties of bread. We had a two room suite with plenty of space and two balconies each with a sea view. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. The indoor pool is smaller with a steam room which was located behind the spa.

We had a wonderful stay as a couple and could not have asked for more. The staff were absolutely amazing: warm, professional, and always ready to help, which made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The pool area had the perfect holiday vibe - relaxing, well-maintained, and a great place to unwind. The restaurant was also a highlight, with excellent food and a variety of dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. Overall, it was the ideal getaway - a mix of comfort, great service, and holiday atmosphere. We left feeling relaxed and already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!

The Hotel is located in a very quiet area next to the ocean and just 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the capital,Funchal.It is very clean,all the Staff members are nice and very professional.The food is tasty,service is impeccable.There is a free Shuttle Bus to Funchal on the weekdays but you need to book 48 h before.There are days with A-la Carte option or Buffet.The whole building is sustainable and beautifully decorated.The garden is nice.The pool area is nice too.The local bus Station is just on the other side of the road,there are some restaurants,bars,supermarkets and bakery near by. You can opt your room not to be cleaned.For these days you receive 3€ which you can use in the hotel.Even if we did not asked for room cleaning the maids still changed the towels,emptied the bins,asked if we need something.The Madeiran evening is very nice with traditional madeiran music and dance.The view is our room was amazing 😍 For us everything was perfect! I would give more than 5* but I can't unfortunately.We will come back in 1-3 years.Thank you very much for everything 🫶🏻!

Very good location, just by the ocean, between airport and Funchal - perfect base for exploring the island. Hotel is renovated/beeing renovated (some works in parts of the hotel). Good breakfast buffet with high quality ingredients (with one minor defect described below). Very good dinner buffet. Friendly, helpful staff. Superior package was a nice surprise - I thought it's only about the sea view and bigger room, but turned out to mean also pre-reserved table of choice (always the same) for dinner and two a-la-carte excellent dinners. Heated outside pool with ocean water is great in winter!

We got the family room for 3 people which we thought would imply one of us sleeping on the sofa, but they had already prepared a third bed for us. The room was spacious, very clean, huge closet and nice balcony with chairs and a table to watch the ocean from. The breakfast was a nice classic selection (ham, salami, cheeses, various types of pastries, beans, eggs and lots of fruit). The pool is always clean, not as big as in the picture, but there is still plenty of room to swim around especially since most of it 2m deep (7ft). The jacuzzi was a nice addition for colder evenings. The staff are very kind and willing to adapt to your needs or requests. The hotel offers the possibility to rent a car without deposit (which was a huge deal for us since deposits were in the range of 2000 euros) by paying 10 euro more each day you rent for full insurance. They also bring the car to the hotel for you.

The rooms are well-furnished, clean and with a great view. The restaurant was good - I came for a dinner and there was a fantastic selection in the buffet. Definitely worth EUR 35/person price for the dinner. The beautiful pool area is available till late night.

Food was excellent, variations each day, all meats melted in your mouth, slow cooked to perfection. Plenty of cheese selections and lots of salad options.

Nice hotel at the bank of ocean, you can hear the waves from the room, see palms from the window, swim at the ocean Room was very comfortable, clean, daily servis, small fridge for private use. Breakfast very rich, everything there. Staff very helpful, kind, profesional. We want to come back.

The location and the view with the sound of the sea breeze is amazing! The dishes were deliciuos and enough. However the rooms furniture needs some refreshment. The staff were helpful all the time. Easy to park around with rented car, and the hotel has E-car charger point. This accomodation is ideal with kids and family!
